Job Title: Reliability Assistant Engineer
Location: Shanghai SCIP Site
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist Engineer complete detail design with the MOC and small project;
- Assist Engineer perfect document and update drawing;
- Assist Engineer to manage the Yinglon main substation;
- Check small project the ELE and INS installation quality;
- Collect failure history information for reliability engineers;
- Check the AMS system for preventive maintenance;
- Tracking the calibration record of compliance scope;
- Support engineer for trouble shooting and investigation;
- Assist engineer to develop reliability strategies by utilizing RCM, FMEA, vendor recommendation, and INVISTA best practice and set up in appropriate system
- Assist engineer to develop critical electrical equipment maintenance procedures to ensure maintenance reliability and quality
- Provide electrical equipment support for operation and maintenance and adopt global OpEx reliability process/elements for continuous improvement.
Technical Skills & Competencies
? In knowledge in electrical & instrument equipment.
? In Knowledge in the use of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis techniques
? In knowledge in preventive and predictive concept and techniques.
? Ability to collect data to produce reliability/availability KPI and analysis
? Ability in maintenance for electrical and instrument equipment.
? Knowledge of operation, process, and DCS, PLC to optimize reliability strategies set-up.
? Ability in strategic and logical thinking
Experience
? Electrical or instrument background in Petro-Chemical industry or fresh graduate student.
? 110KV or 35KV substation manage or project experience preferred.
Education
? BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with higher level degree an advantage
Language Needed
? Fluent in English and Mandarin both speaking and writing.
